COLORS
Product photos and mockups are created to reflect the final product as closely as possible. However, printing methods and materials may slightly alter colors.
TAKE CARE OF ME
All items on Alien Food are considered and created as art objects and meant to be treated as so. Pins come with strong rubber backings and should be wiped clean with water. All scarves are created per order and take 3-4 weeks to deliver. Wash separately in cool or warm water using a gentle machine cycle and phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry using a low temperature setting. If required, use an iron with a light touch on a synthetic setting only. Higher temperatures may result in color transfer and melting of fabric.
Limited EdITIONS
Pins are limited editions of 100. Scarves are limited editions of 20. Sold Out designs will be considered "retired" and no longer restocked.
SHIPPING
Everything ships via USPS First Class Mail in a padded envelope. Items usually arrive in 2-7 days from delivery. Items are shipped in 1-3 days from your order.
RETURNS
Returns for refunds and exchanges are allowed within 10 days of arrival. Contact me with your name and order number to process your return. Returned items must be not worn and unwashed, in new condition, in original packaging. You will be responsible for return postage unless the reason for the return is my mistake.
